The walls need insulation badly. They changed the oil heating to electric so cha ching. There are no heaters in the common area besides the entrance. The laundry room is a disaster. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers and 90% of the time, they are not working. You text the building manager and he does not respond. Disastrous maintenance. Walls are banged up. Fire hazards etc.

- Rat since 2018...

- I can hear my neighbor snoring at night

- The landlord only care about the rent money. They will not answer calls or texts if you really need to talk to them.

- The few renovation in the building are badly done. The building need renovation everywhere!

- These appartement are expensive for nothing ...

Close to highway 15 and 50. Metro Namur / De La Savane.
Bus station 124 right in front of building.
No washer/dryer/dishwasher in unites.
Washer dryer in basment (1,50$ each)
Landlorde regularly cleans and takes the trash/recycling out.
Neighbour hood is very calm and clean with trees.
