The apartment is really renovated, however the back door is not isolated and the hydro bill was super high on winter. Next door neighbors are nice. There is always place to park the car, on the street close to the apartment.
Right before I moved, it was asked to put a door to separate the bedroom from the hall, landlord said he was gonna do it, but instead he put a curtain that was not asked for. When he was called about it, he even hung up in the middle of the conversation. Also scheduled visits, where I required to be present (as I was still living in the apt) and made me wait, I called to confirm if people were still coming, and he never answered the phone, or called back, or showed up. the back door is not isolated and the hydro bill was super high on winter, unless you talk to the landlord before about it, you can expect a bill of more than 300 dollars (for 2 months) in winter, which very high as it is a small apartment. the downstairs neighbors are nice, but you cannot walk normally at your house that it will be a problem to them because the living room is on their bedroom and they go to bed at 20h
