The location is perfect to go anywhere, blue line, green line, autoroute 40. There are plenty of buses going by every 7 to 10 mins.
The landlord is the nicest person, they fix anything that might go wrong. Like once a pipe froze on a crazy cold winter day and they made sure they solved the problem right then and there on a minus 30 day during a weekend.
The apartment is very beautiful, spacious, sunny, renovated in 2013. The neighbors are nice, they usually mind their own business but there is always the one that helps out on occasion if needed.
Parking on the back and in the front for visitors.
Honestly the only reason I am moving is because my sister came to live with me and we need an extra room.
It does get a little chilly on winter if the back door is not isolated properly, this year we added isolation tape around the back door... problem solved!! the heating was at minimum all winter.
Definitely recommended.. the landlady is super nice!!
PS. No kids or dogs allowed in the building.
