My lessor, whom I had previously agreed on a roommate with, was switched out and replaced by someone else. They didn't let me know about this until I moved in, and the new tenant often leaves the smell of marijuana in the living room. The lessor refused to change our smoke alarm after it went off for no reason and caused me to be late for work. Even after telling her that the smoke alarm has expired for 8 years she refuses to spend money buying new ones. The shower head is also unstable and one time I had to wash shampoo off on drips of water because the water pressure was so low. Even though she said to let her know as soon as possible about problems, she always uses excuses to ghost on us. The lessor threatens to kick me out or make me pay more money right off the bat whenever she asks for something and is incredibly rude and disrespectful.
