So first things first: there are big rats, the landlord knows about them but won't do a thing. They are in the walls everywhere and came into my pantries many times leaving excrements there. There are carpenter ants because the structure of the building was compromised by big water damages, which they never fixed. So the mold should start setting in the next couple of months.

The third floor is deserted, been living in the building for 2 years now and third floor has always been vacant. Huge piles of debris in it everywhere. They wouldn't install smoke detectors in my apartment even though it's illegal not to have any. Front stairs and balconies are falling apart. The neighbours are SUPER LOUD. Screaming matches everyday all day plus dogs barking.

In the winter it gets so cold that the water freezes in the pipes and you can be left days without water. What else... oh the kitchen tap is broken, been two months now and they won't fix it. So please... do not rent this apartment.
