Had a really positive experience living here. The neighbourhood and location are amazing (besides the distance from any metro station). Great balcony to hang out on with a view of the cross on the mountain. Inside of the apartment is not fully finished but is very close to it and is very nice compared to most interiors in the area. No washer or dryer but a laundromat is a 10 second walk around the corner. Would be really cool to live here with two people as opposed to three.
Landlord doesn''t seem to give much of a care about the property and is on vacation a lot. The place is nice as is and doesn''t require much but it is hard to get his help when you need it. Lack of windows in the living room area kind of sucks. If three people live here the third person will have a room without a window.
