The landlord is just the worst !
The doorbell is damaged and he has not fixed it after several calls .... it’s been over a year and he’s just saying : yeah next week and he just doesn’t do the proper repairs.
BE AWARE : the building has mice and the landlord just keeps saying it’s not true... I have evidence and pictureS of all the mice my cat has killed....
Landlord doesn’t speek English or French well, the communication is just terrible. He doesn’t take care of the building.

The doors don’t close properly, the door of the front balcony doesn’t lock properly and opens by itself when there’s too much wind.

It’s cheap rent for an apartment close to Lasalle metro, but it’s not worth the trouble with the landlord !

Landlord doesn't speak enough English or French, it's impossible to speak to him and to be properly understood, repairs are made, but it's disastrous... he does absolutely what he wants, doesn't care if the building is falling apart... entrance door lock very old and not efficient, outside and inside, very old building with carpenter ants seen in the winter time and nothing was done. Holes everywhere in walls and floors due to many cable and telecommunication installations, signs of water infiltration, in the bathroom, the kitchen and the backside room. There are 3 apartments : 3370, 3372 are rented. Outside stairs are rotten and he put duck tape on one of them to hold it in place.
It's a dump...
