I cuurently live here. Here are the pros & cons:

pros- location can't be beat, building is very quiet, apartments are big & well priced.
cons- horrible ventilation you can smell everything in the building (pot, cigarette smoke, cigars, cooking), really old machines in laundry room work very poorly and there is only 6 for 100 apts!, management is quick to respond but doesn't solve anything

Well priced for location and amenities. Underground $ parking available. Fully equipped laundry room. Friendly live-in concierge couple.
Cleanliness of common spaces needs to improve. Numeric key pad for door access always down. Laundry room machines often down. Repair man is not competent. Many fire drills during the night. Seasonal aunts in the entire building.
