Ahh where to start. I shared the same woes as IrishPrincess living in this place, Make sure you have the same musical tastes as your neighbors, they're all loud & disrespectful and don't give a crap--management is basically the same. They have a lease with rules solely because it's required from the Regie. They let their tenants do whatever they want--smoking pot, big dogs on the premises, whatever.

I had bugs as well, and an exterminator came by only to pretend to do his job so I'd stop complaining about it. (He basically used a watering can and thought I wouldn't know the difference *lol*). Still had bugs since the day I moved out.

Management was very difficult to deal with... the manager was always in a sour mood and played favorites a lot with tenants. (She even allowed one to leave doors open in a building where all the animals could come in from outside so one lady could feed her out-door cats). She doesn't address complaints seriously and rather than deal with the issue, will make you move like you're the problem when it's her tenants.

Something was always broken, and they have a serious mold problem in nearly every unit. I'm surprised these building's haven't been condemned yet.

To be very honest living in these appartments was pure hell! My apartment had a horrible smell since the day I moved in, every closet was broken in some way, doors don't close properly. They are cheap and it shows in their apartment buildings, they put in bare minimum. Washer dryer did not work properly. There was a hole in my kitchen since the day I moved in, there was actually an animal of some kind living in the open ceiling above my kitchen..very sanitary. They failed to fix anything in my apartment in the 6 months I lived there. Disregarding any work orders and sending the exterminator a few times to basically make us think they might get something done. Management is terrible, and the landlord herself can't comunicate with anyone and is always yelling and talking down to her tenants. She treatened to take me to the board and hung up on me and refuses to take my calls after she cashed a check after I had moved out of the appartment and they have rented out the apartment already. Their building is full of cockroaches, which they don't tell their tenants about. Neighbors are all loud and disrespectful and questionable. Seems like a "trailer park". I would never recommend living here.
