Heating and water are including in the rent. Rent control apartment at a slow price, close to metro station, grocery store and all commodities. Neighbors are quiet. Apartment is small & cozy.
Cat problem in this area, they are often in heat and scream at night. Landlord does zero repairs and promises things that don''t occur. If something breaks in your apartment that is their responsibility, they''ll tell you it''s your fault & problem. Such as, old rustic keys breaking inside the locks that they refused to change, you''ll be stock outside in winter like i was. And telling you you have a parking spot, when really it''s in an area that floods with water.. Worse landlord i have ever had. They just want the paycheck.
