Neighbourhood is nice.
Rent is highly priced $1720 +Hydro
Landolords loves to call the police.
Has no problem yelling at you.
Treats you like they own you and you must abide buy their rules.

-I have been here for 4 years and it has been an absolute nightmare.
The landlords are extremely rude and do not care about you. You are only money for them.
It started the 1st week I moved in. I asked them if I could remove an old carpet they had installed in a bedroom and found out that the floor needed to be varnished. When I asked if they would do it I was told if I was not happy I can find somewhere else to live. I was 8 months pregnant at the time.
When the contractor that I got came to varnish the floor and parked in their spot, the woman yelled at him. The woman has yelled at numerous people visiting my dwelling. It just got worse and worse where I could not take it any longer. One day they would be nice, the next day they may just give you crap.

-If you open the back window for fresh air you may just get cigarette smoke or their BBQ in your house. They don;t care even if you have a small child.
-The walls are extremely thin.
-They will be extremely nice at the beginning but you will get a big surprise one day.
-I am presently packing to move and already the police has been called because I was making too much noise during the day. Good luck
