The rental apartment is the basement(Lower), 2 Harper Gardens. The landlord lives upstairs in the same building and is extremely difficult to work with and very disrespectful towards the tenants privacy. Bin collection is a pain due to sharing the service and bins with the landlord. Share a post box with the landlord so any large items are a pain to get delivered to the right door. Can only get Rogers for internet service at this address. The apartment is finished to a good standard but the noise insulation is extremely poor... from walking noise to conversations and TV sounds to parties from upstairs.....all can be heard clearly in the bedrooms of the rental apartment....No temperature control of the underfloor heating - landlord controls it, despite it was advertised as a feature. Landlord ignores repairs for months and would not communicate. Not worth the distress and hassle regardless how nice the place looks on the surface.
